great location black out curtains rude staff no upgrade
The hotel had a great location. It was an easy walk to many sites. The room was quiet with black out curtains.
A staff member at the check-in desk seemed rude. This affected the initial impression. There was no upgrade offered although rooms were available online.

excellent boutique experience
comfortable beds meticulous service espresso machine quiet location
the room had twin beds and i found them comfortable. i appreciated the meticulous room service i received each day. an espresso machine was in the room and i used it frequently. the fourth-floor location meant i heard no street noise.
i noticed the breakfast buffet seemed fairly average for a hotel of this class.

the hotel is in a great location and has excellent access to various sites. i felt completely safe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. transit options were very close and convenient.

elevator noise weak coffee
The check-in process felt impersonal. i had requested a quiet room but it was next to the elevator. I could hear it going up and down all night. also, the breakfast buffet was quite limited. the pastries seemed stale and the hot items were not very warm. the coffee tasted weak too.
